As a complete new build scenario we were tasked with beautifying the end of an expansive warehouse structure by incorporating a purpose built office space. Creating a difference in scale and capitalizing on the sites northern aspect overlooking an existing wetland enabled a pleasant outlook for staff within an industrial area. Of simple function and aesthetic, it meets its purpose through simplicity.
